Do you give a free site survey?
Yes. Use the survey form and we will arrange a visit.
Can I watch cameras on my phone?
Yes. We set up the Hik-Connect app during handover.
How often should extinguishers be refilled?
After any use, and at the date shown on the tag. Check the gauge monthly.
Do you offer warranty?
Hikvision products carry the manufacturer warranty. Installation warranty terms are agreed in your quote.
Do you work outside the city?
Ask us. Add your service areas in Admin, Settings.
